A wanted Zionist soldier who escaped from Brazil continues to be pursued by the Hind Rajab Foundation in Argentina. A complaint was filed last week against another soldier, a suspected Givati murderer traveling in the South American country.
The Hind Rajab Foundation filed a lawsuit today (Tuesday) against the wanted soldier from Brazil who fled to Argentina after a federal court issued an investigative warrant against him on suspicion of participating in murder and crimes against humanity.
Also,two days ago, we learned that last week in Argentina there was another lawsuit against another Israeli soldier, a Givati criminal. The Foundation states that they have evidence of his crimes.
Hind Rajab was established in September 2024 in Brussels as a non-profit organization named after a Palestinian girl who was murdered by the Zionist army during the “Iron Swords” war. The foundation is a branch of the March 30 movement, which has been active for over three decades in the legal pursuit of murderers in uniform, headed by two activists of Lebanese origin: Diab Abu Jahaja and Karim Hasson. These two brave men are endangering their lives.
The foundation collects visible information on the Internet about IDF soldiers, including information about military activities in which they took part, with the aim of prosecuting those soldiers in foreign countries. So far, the foundation has filed lawsuits against at least 28 soldiers in eight different countries. But it is not only this, it turns out that the organization submitted to the International Criminal Court (ICC) information about “war crimes” committed by over a thousand soldiers and officers during their activities in the Gaza Strip and Lebanon.
