Polls show that Trump’s decision to attack the Islamic Republic is highly unpopular in the United States, with just a quarter of the population supporting it. Even among Republicans, who generally back US President Donald Trump’s policies, the figure is a tepid 55%. Most Americans do not swallow the lies of Trump that Iran planned to attack America, and his stepping on the American constitution that says that only the congress can declare war.
The opposite is the case in Israel where 80% of the citizens of Israel support the war. As most Palestinians in Israel do not support this dirty imperialist war, almost every Israeli Jew supports this war.
Even a known reporter like Ben Caspit writes:
“The word “historic days” is small these days by a few numbers. Veterans of the Iranian threat (myself included) find it hard to believe what is happening here. After three decades of horror scenarios, of freezing terror from the Iranian superpower, from the multi-armed octopus and the multi-proxies, from the ballistic missile thousands and the Revolutionary Guards and the Quds Force and the centrifuges and underground installations and the “immunity zone” and the terror industry throughout the Middle East, Israel and America are suddenly dismantling this tower of cards almost effortlessly.
…No power in the world will take the credit from Benjamin Netanyahu for what is happening here. It’s on his watch. He signed it. He is the head,he is the one who will go down in the pages of history as the main person responsible for what happened here. There is no point in trying to deprive him of this credit. This is unnecessary and irrelevant. History will not count those who will try to spread this credit elsewhere. What’s his, his. On February 28, the date of the opening of the current round of war with Iran, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was called.”[i]
Since the ethnic minorities in Iran are not able to bring down the regime, and Trump does not want to send troops to fight, it will not come as a surprise if Trump will demand that Israel shall send troops to fight on the land of Iran.
Ganz already announced that he will support sending troops to Iran..
“Blue and White leader Benny Gantz claimed in an interview with Sky News that he does not rule out a ground incursion of American or Israeli forces into Iran.”
However, if the Zionist monster has not been able to win in Gaza, the same will happen in Iran and even worse for Israel.
“This is a statement that sweepingly contradicts the statements of the US president, senior US administration and military officials, who reiterate their promise not to “put American boots on Tehran’s soil.” All this against the backdrop of the Americans’ sweeping lack of support for the war against Iran, and in continuation of Trump’s promises not to repeat the mistakes of his predecessors in office and to get involved in “forever wars”” [ii]
It was clear from the very beginning of the American-Zionist attack on Iran that the air forces of these two imperialists will inflict a lot of killing and destruction on Iran. However, by bombing it is impossible to bring down a regime. The imperialists have to send soldiers on the ground. This Trump cannot do. Part of the Kurds, Baluchis, and some Arabs will not be able to bring down the regime. Thus, sending the Israeli soldiers is a possible option that may lead to the end of Israel.
Many on the left do not let facts confuse them. They ignore the class nature of Israel as settler colonialism and that the Jewish workers are an aristocratic class. In their stupidity and ignorance, they argue that the Israeli Jewish working class can these days break with Zionism. Only a major defeat for Israel or the victorious Arab revolution will lead some Jewish workers to break with Zionism.
Prevent weapons to reach the American forces and Israel!
For the Anti-Imperialist United Front to defend Iran!
Revolutionary defeat for the US and Israel!
No political support for the regime in Iran!
