Israel is sabotaging the ceasefire

While Hezbollah respects the cease-fire agreement that includes Lebanon, and Hezbollah stopped firing last night, for the Zionist monster, the agreement means a permit for massive bombings, the largest since the beginning of the war, in which it murdered 300 people. For Israel the ceasefire agreement is a humiliating defeat.

This is despite Pakistan’s announcement that the two-week ceasefire with Iran also includes the Lebanese arena. The head of the Lebanese Red Cross announced that more than 300 people were killed or injured in the attacks in Beirut. According to the Red Cross, more than 300 people were killed and wounded.

The Lebanese Ministry of Health also announced that hundreds of people were injured by the Israeli attacks throughout the country. At least 10 were killed and dozens were wounded in an attack in the town of Shamstar in the Bekaa Valley. It was also reported that an airstrike on a building in the city of Sidon killed six people and wounded dozens more. The official Lebanese News Agency reported that three girls were killed in an attack on a house in the town of Adloun in the south of the country. Iran’s ambassador to the United Nations in Geneva said that Israel must maintain the ceasefire in Lebanon.  Any attack on the country will have consequences, and they could complicate the situation, and a senior Hezbollah official told Al-Arabi TV that the organization and the speaker of the Lebanese parliament have announced that the country is part of the ceasefire.

Earlier today, Hizbullah issued an official statement to residents of southern Lebanon, the Bekaa Valley, and Dahiya, calling on them to refrain from returning to these areas until a ceasefire is officially declared in the country. A senior Hizbullah official told Qatar’s Al-Arabi TV that the organization and the speaker of the Lebanese parliament, Nabih Berri, announced that the country is part of the ceasefire agreement. He also added that the firing at Israel had stopped in order to advance the talks.

On the other hand, Zionist army Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir said that the army will continue to “strike at Hezbollah.” He said, “We will not compromise on the security of the residents of the north. We will continue to attack non-stop.” Defense Minister Yisrael Katz said that the army attacked hundreds of Hezbollah operatives at its headquarters throughout Lebanon. He said, “We insisted on differentiating the arenas between Iran and Lebanon in order to change the reality in Lebanon and remove threats from the residents of the north.” Katz added, “We warned the organization’s secretary-general, Naim Qassem, that Hezbollah will pay a very high price for attacking Israel on behalf of Iran – and Naim Qasem’s personal turn will also come.”

Whereas before the war, Netanyahu presented a deceptive presentation to Trump according to which a war in Lebanon would be short, that the Iranian regime would fall within a few days, that the Iranian people would rise up with the bombing, now that Trump is trying to get the United States out of the trap he put it with Netanyahu’s help,  Israeli Benito Netanyahu opposes the cease-fire agreement and is trying to re-entangle the United States in the war against Iran and Lebanon, since Iran may believe that Trump has given Netanyahu the green light to attack Iran with all his might while he said that he wanted to stop the war.

It is hard not to repeat that Netanyahu and Israel have made enemies not only among the masses of the American people but also in the White House. Without the support of American imperialism, Israel has little chance of existing. It is clear that Europe is turning its back on Israel, and there is no chance that Israel will find a guardian in China or Russia to replace the United States.

Already the prophet Amos said: “Thus saith the LORD, For the three transgressions of Israel, and for four, I will not answer, for selling them for the money of the righteous and the needy for the sake of shoes.”

And the Greek playwright Euripides wrote: “Whom the gods would destroy, they first make mad”
