It is interesting to discover that while the left Zionists believe that on October 7th Israeli women were raped by Hamas when there are no forensic evidences, they close their eyes to the reports of the raping Palestinian women.
These days the UN Insists that Israel Violates Palestinian Women. In reaction, on Wednesday, the Israeli Association of Assistance Centers for Victims of Sexual Assault issued a report, based on so called by Israel Police, regarding the allegation of sexual abuse on October 7, on Israel’s side of the border and in Hamas captivity. The report was submitted two weeks ago to the UN Special Envoy on Sexual Violence in Conflict Areas Pramila Patten, from Mauritius, who was visiting Israel.
This is not surprising as Mauritius is a very close friend of Israel. According to the Zionist Jewish virtual library.org:
“A consul general represented Israel until Mauritius gained its independence from Britain in 1968 and joined the United Nations. In 1960, Israel gave Mauritian students scholarships to study medicine in Jerusalem. After independence, full diplomatic relations were established and Israel’s ambassador in Tananarive (Malagasy) served as non-resident ambassador to Mauritius. Mauritians received numerous scholarships and agricultural expert assistance from Israelis. Many Mauritians went to Israel for professional training and founded a Mauritius-Israel Friendship Society. Though an Indian and Pakistani Muslim anti-Israel influence exists in the country, Mauritius is generally friendly toward Israel” [1]
According to Anti-Zionists: “In Mauritius, it would seem that the Press and the Catholic Church are on the wrong side of history once again. They were against universal suffrage, Independence and even overthrowing Apartheid in South Africa. Now, their position manifests itself by their incapacity to take a public stand against the Israeli state’s crimes against humanity, cruelty, apartheid, continued colonization and occupation” [2]
On Monday, the UN Human Rights Office of the High Commissioner issued a long report titled, “UN experts appalled by reported human rights violations against Palestinian women and girls.”
We learn from the CNN:
United Nations experts have called for an investigation into what they described as “credible allegations of egregious human rights violations” against Palestinian women and girls in Gaza and the West Bank by Israeli forces. The allegations include extrajudicial killing, arbitrary detention, degrading treatment, rape and sexual violence, according to a statement by the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights released on Monday. It did not detail how they did their fact-finding, but they referred to photos of female detainees in degrading circumstances reportedly taken by Israeli troops and uploaded online” [3]
The experts are: Reem Alsalem, Francesca Albanese, Dorothy Estrada Tanck, Claudia Flores, Ivana Krstić, Haina Lu, and Laura Nyirinkindi.
“The experts expressed serious concern about the arbitrary detention of hundreds of Palestinian women and girls, including human rights defenders, journalists, and humanitarian workers, in Gaza and the West Bank since October 7. Many have reportedly been subjected to inhuman and degrading treatment, denied menstruation pads, food, and medicine, and severely beaten. On at least one occasion, Palestinian women detained in Gaza were allegedly kept in a cage in the rain and cold, without food” [4]
“We are particularly distressed by reports that Palestinian women and girls in detention have also been subjected to multiple forms of sexual assault, such as being stripped naked and searched by male Israeli army officers. At least two female Palestinian detainees were reportedly raped while others were reportedly threatened with rape and sexual violence, the experts said. They also noted that photos of female detainees in degrading circumstances were also reportedly taken by the Israeli army and uploaded online” [5]
“On Tuesday, reporter Said Erekat asked the State Dept. Spokesman Matthew Miller: “The UN experts said that Palestinian women and girls in detention have been subjected to multiple forms of sexual assault by male Israeli army officers. Have you seen those allegations?”
Miller responded: “I have seen the allegations. I cannot independently confirm the reports. I will say that we have been clear that civilians and detained individuals must be treated humanely and in accordance with international humanitarian law.”
The reporter asked: “When you said you had no independent confirmation of what the UN experts found … did you ever have confirmation of what Hamas allegedly did to Israeli women and girls?
Miller said: “There are Israeli medical experts who have testified to that, and that is something we consider credible, yes.”
Erekat said: “So, you consider those instances to be confirmed, but not what the UN was talking about yesterday?”
Miller said, “We have seen this report and we have called for an investigation to confirm whether the allegations are true or not.”
Erekat: “But if you’re willing to take the word of Israeli medical experts on what happened to the people who were abducted on October 7, whose word are you willing to take if not the UN…”
Miller: “A full, independent, credible investigation.”
Erekat: “would it have to be an Israeli medical expert?””
Let us recall that the alleged raped women on October 7th were buried without any medical examination or even pictures.
Enough with the Zionist lies!
For Palestine red and free from the river to the sea!
