In the book 1984 by Orwell the ruling party invented a language called Newspeak, which attempts to prevent political rebellion by eliminating all words related to it. According to the Newspeak, “War is peace. Freedom is slavery. Ignorance is strength.” Even thinking rebellious thoughts is illegal. Such thought crime is, in fact, the worst of all crimes.
In the war on Gaza the Zionist government of Yair Lapid with the full support of the Zionist mass media spread many lies, some lies to be used by the Western imperialists that support the Zionist war crimes, some lies are an attempt to turn the people of Gaza against the Palestinian Islamic Jihad and some lies are meant to provide the Israeli Jews with the feeling that the war was necessary and that the Israeli war is for pure reasons and only against barbarian terrorists.
The first lie it that the government did not know that arrest of a senior Islamic Jihad member Bassam al-Saad in Jenin last week, would result in the type of escalation that would require a military operation in Gaza.
“Less than 24 hours after the ceasefire between Israel and the Palestinian Islamic Jihadi went into effect, Israeli officials are admitting that they did not expect the arrest of a senior Islamic Jihad member in West Bank last week,[1] would result in the type of escalation that would require a military operation in Gaza”
It is a lie as it is clear that the Zionist state attacked Gaza with pre meditated plan.” Israeli warplanes struck numerous sites in the Gaza Strip on Friday in what Israel said was a preemptive strike against Palestinian factions allegedly planning rocket strikes at targets in Israel” [2]
The reason Israel fabricated this lie is to claim that attacking Gaza was a forced act of self- defense. The Zionist leaders are well aware that in international bourgeois law aggressive wars are a crime. “The International Military Tribunal at Nuremberg held that aggressive war is the supreme international crime“. That was affirmed by the United Nations and upheld in many legal decisions. Nazi leaders argued that they acted only in self -defense against a presumed attack by the Soviet Union. Their justification for mass murder was rejected and responsible leaders were hanged after a trial. Article 2(4) of the United Nations Charter defines that “All members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purposes of the United Nations“. Unlike the Briand-Kellogg pact, the Charter bans not only war, but the use of force of any kind. The rule received universal acknowledgment and quickly became part of customary international law.
Thus, this lie has been fabricated for the benefit of the other Western imperialists that have taken the position that Israel had the right to defend itself.
Lie number two: The Palestinian Islamic Jihad is a proxy of Iran and this it is justified to kill its fighters. “On Friday, as he explained the airstrikes on Israeli television, Prime Minister Yair Lapid described the group as “an Iranian proxy that wants to destroy the state of Israel” [3] The Palestinian Islamic Jihad is a Palestinian resistance that get military and finance support from Iran but this does not make it a proxy as Israel that has received military and finance support from the USA is not a proxy of the USA but an ally.
These days some reformists and centrists claim that Ukraine is a proxy of the USA and EU because Ukraine is supported by Western imperialists and by this definition, it is justified to take the position of refusing to defend Ukraine against Russian imperialism.
Lie number three: Iran ordered the Palestinian Islamic Jihad to attack Israel “Palestinian Islamic Jihad in the Gaza Strip receives its orders from Iran, charged Gilad Erdan, Israel’s ambassador to the UN, as he defended the IDF’s attack against PIJ’s military installations and leaders during the weekend’s military operation known as Breaking Dawn.“The PIJ is a radical terrorist organization, armed, funded and trained by Iran,” Erdan told reporters in advance of a UNSC meeting slated to be held on Monday afternoon in New York. “While the [PIJ] was indiscriminately firing rockets at Israeli civilians, its leader, Ziad Nakhaleh, was meeting with the Ayatollah puppet masters in Tehran and receiving orders from them. You can all see the photo of Ziad Nakhaleh meeting together with [Ayatollah Ruhollah] Khomeini, the supreme leader of Iran” [4]
Well, everyone could see that Lapid met with Biden and according to the logic of Erdan, Israel attacked Gaza by the order of Biden.
Lie number four: Israel did not kill civilians in Gaza and the PIJ killed the children in Jabalia.
“The IDF in what it says is video evidence showing that seven people killed in Jabaliya on Saturday night, including four children — in what Palestinian media claimed was an Israeli strike — were in fact killed by a failed PIJ rocket that landed inside the Strip.” [5]
“More innocent people in Gaza were killed by failed Islamic Jihad rockets than by Israeli airstrikes during Operation Breaking Dawn, according to a briefing by the commander of the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit Brig.-Gen. Ran Kochav.Operation Breaking Dawn lasted for 66 hours in which the IDF struck 170 targets, killing several high-ranking Islamic Jihad operatives and destroying much of the terrorist organization’s military capabilities, terrorist attack tunnels and weapon storage facilities. For its final action on Sunday night, the IDF destroyed three warehouses storing a variety of weapons.” [6]
The Palestinians in Gaza are telling a very different story.
“According to the Palestinian health ministry, 44 Palestinians, including 15 children, were killed and at least 350 civilians wounded during Israel’s three-day “pre-emptive strike”.
“Hamed and his cousins - Jamil Najm al-Deen Naijm, 4, Jamil Ihab Najim, 13, and Mohammad, 17 – were killed by a missile that hit them while they were in the Fallujah cemetery across the street from their home.
Hamed’s mother, Diana, was visibly shaken. She told Al Jazeera her son was very careful not to leave the house, fearing Israeli attacks. “Just two hours before the truce was announced, he told me he would go out for five minutes with his cousins,” she said. “Moments went by and then we heard a bombing. We ran out to find my son and his three cousins. They were all cut up into pieces.” Diana’s story is similar to many others in the besieged Gaza Strip, after Israel launched repeated air attacks in a three-day operation involving “surgical strikes” against the Palestinian Islamic Jihad group, according to Israeli Ambassador to the UN Gilad Erdan. “I was a mother of four children. Today my children have become three in the blink of an eye. My son was very obedient, kind-hearted and excelled in his studies despite our difficult circumstances,” she said. “Why are we in Gaza exposed to all this? We can lose our children at any moment and at any minute as if our lives are worthless.” [7]
“On Monday, at the Bureij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, large crowds gathered to mourn Yasser al-Nabaheen, 40, and his three children, who were killed the evening prior in an Israeli bombing of their family home.
The attack resulted in the death of the father and his two sons, Ahmed, 13, Mohamed, 9, and his daughter Dalia, 13. His oldest son was wounded and is recovering in hospital.
“I was sitting with my Uncle Yasser in the small plot of land across our house,” Ahmad, a family member, told Al Jazeera. “He moved a little forward when a missile fell in the space between us and directly above him and his children. They all turned to pieces in a moment.”
Ahmad said he could not believe what happened right before his eyes.
“I was screaming and calling for help and calling an ambulance. My uncle was a good person and loved by everyone. He had no political affiliations. We were sitting and his children were playing in front of him. Within minutes a massacre happened,” he said.
The father and his children died half an hour before the truce was agreed upon.
“It is overwhelming and very difficult to comprehend. Israel kept bombing and killing people and civilians until the last moment,” said Ahmad.” [8]
Why should we believe the Zionists whose lies were exposed many times or the Palestinian freedom fighters? Let us remember some of the lies of the last period.
Last year in May the Zionist air force bombed al-Jalaa tower, an 11-storey building in Gaza City housing some 60 residential apartments and a number of offices, including those of Al Jazeera Media Network and The Associated Press, al-Sayed made a dash for the stairs. Israel claimed that it bombed a terrorist center.
Israel claimed that six Palestinian human rights organizations are fonts to terrorist outfits and that Israel can provides the proofs that were never provided, and that it was not Israeli soldier who killed the Journalist Shireen Abu Akleh, a veteran Palestinian-American television correspondent.
The daily Jerusalem Post is complaining that the international press does not believe Israel but the PIJ.
“Where Palestinian claims are taken as fact, even when they come from terrorist organizations, Israeli claims – with evidence – are taken with skepticism…. In the immediate aftermath of the explosions near Jabaliya refugee camp, Palestinian sources and social media claimed that the IDF had bombed children, sharing disturbing photos of injured and bloodied children across social media channels. The news immediately was picked up by multiple sources in the international media.
For example, The New York Times didn’t initially report on the story, and while both CNN and BBC mentioned the Jabaliya attack within larger articles about the entire operation, both of them reported it as a claim of Israel that’s disputed. The BBC article stated that Israel accused PIJ militants of accidentally causing at least some of those deaths, adding that the BBC has not been able to independently verify this claim.” [9]
Thus, if we believe the Zionists, all the Gentiles (non-Jews) are Anti-Semites.
