Thousands, including families of abductees, continue the four-day march this morning (Saturday) from Shaar Begin in Tel Aviv to Jerusalem carrying thousands of Zionist flags, demanding a deal for the release of the captives. Tonight, the march will reach its peak in a rally that will be held in front of the Prime Minister’s office in Jerusalem. Relatives of captives expressed shock at the growing reports that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is trying to sabotage the chances of a deal, apparently for fear of dissolving his government, and called on him to “put aside any personal and political considerations.
Netanyahu will not listen because if he agrees to end the war, he will be jailed for his corruption. The problem with the anti-Netanyahu protest is that the protesters are still Zionists, and as long as they remain Zionists, they are caught in the spider webs of the racist ideology that allows the capitalist class and the corrupted Zionist politician to rule them as if they are their private servants. Even if the protesters will topple Netanyahu, they will get another right-wing government to rule the Zionist apartheid. This will continue until the apartheid is destroyed from the river to the sea.
The massacre in al-Mawasi west of Khan Younis that Israel is trying to justify as an attempt to assassinate Daf is part of the Netanyahu government’s attempts to sabotage the agreement for a ceasefire and the release of the Zionist captives in exchange for Palestinian prisoner’s freedom fighters.
The Zionist war criminal prime minister of Israel’s office released a statement earlier saying that at the beginning of the war, there was a directive from Netanyahu to target and kill Hamas officials wherever they are – whether it’s inside or outside Gaza. This massacre, like other massacres in Gaza, is the continuation of the ethnic cleansing of 1947-8 and all other wars of the Zionist monster of settler colonialists against the Palestinians since 1947-8.
It’s something that the Israeli military has used to justify the killing of thousands of civilians, saying they are making these precise and targeted attacks when, in reality, Gaza is one of the most densely populated areas in the world – not to mention the areas that are designated as “safe zones”, like this area west of Khan Younis, al-Mawasi, that has hundreds of thousands of Palestinians there. To throw bombs in this area is to kill tens of people with every bombing.
Many people are aware of the fact that Israel is an apartheid state. However, this apartheid is worse than it was in South Africa, in which the white racists wanted to use black labor; in Israel, the Zionists want to murder the Palestinians and steal their lands. While Israel is not a fascist state as it is not destroying the working class but committing genocide against a nation, the mentality of the armed Zionists is very similar to the Nazi’s S.S. The war on the Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank is very similar to the genocide of the Indians in North America.
The genocide of al-Mawasi is also similar to the genocide in Babi Yar, a large ravine on the northern edge of the city of Kyiv in Ukraine, the site of a mass grave of victims, mostly Jews, whom Nazi German SS squads killed between 1941 and 1943. After the initial massacre of Jews, Babi Yar remained in use as an execution site for Soviet prisoners of war and Roma (Gypsies) as well as for Jews. Soviet accounts after the war speak of 100,000 dead.
