The ISL Breaks with the LRP (March 2013)

In light of emerging political and organizational differences of significant nature, we, the members of the Internationalist Socialist League (Israel/Occupied Palestine) hereby announce our unanimous decision to cease our struggle to form a joint international tendency with the League for the Revolutionary Party (US). We deem any further efforts invested in this direction, which by now amount to more than 6 years of political discussions as well as several joint statements, to be futile and politically paralyzing. As with any other centrist organization, we would readily collaborate with the LRP in united front actions, however we currently no longer consider our two organizations as moving towards forming a common tendency.

We will elaborate at length shortly.
