Under the global scrutiny for its operations in Rafah, the Zionist Spokesperson RAdm. Daniel Hagari said the munition used by Israel to target the Hamas leaders in Rafah “alone could not have ignited a fire of this size”. The statement came as “All eyes on Rafah” continued to trend on social media.
Before launching strikes in Rafah, the Zionists claim as was expected that a “barrage of rockets was launched from Rafah toward central Israel moments ago”. We heard a similar lie last October when an Israeli strike killed more than 500 Palestinians at Al-Ahli Arab Hospital in Gaza City, according to Gaza’s health ministry. The Zionist military says the bombing – one of the deadliest attacks on a hospital in decades – was the result of a misfired Palestinian Islamic Jihad rocket.
At least 45 people were killed and 200 others were injured after the Israeli airstrike reportedly set ablaze a crowded tent camp housing in Rafah for displaced people. About half of Gaza’s population have been living in Rafah, the southernmost port of exit from Gaza city bordering Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula. Israel’s operation in the Gazan city of Rafah on Sunday night prompted a global outcry, with millions posting “All eyes on Rafah” graphics on social media.
“The Zionist army spokesperson said the 17-kilogram munitions used in the strike were believed to be too small to have set off such a big fire.”[i]
According to the pro Zionist NYT Israel used U.S.-Made Bombs in a strike that killed 45 civilians near Rafah. A Times visual analysis found that munition debris filmed at the scene were remnants of a GBU-39, a bomb designed and manufactured in the United States.
This is the lie that proves that the murder of the 45 people in the tent was intentional.
“The bombs used in the Israeli strike that killed dozens of Palestinians in a camp for displaced people near Rafah on Sunday were made in the United States, according to weapons experts and visual evidence reviewed by The New York Times.
Munition debris filmed at the strike location the next day was remnants from a GBU-39, a bomb designed and manufactured in the United States, The Times found. U.S. officials have been pushing Israel to use more of this type of bomb, which they say can reduce civilian casualties.
The key detail in the weapon debris was the tail actuation system, which controls the fins that guide the GBU-39 to a target, according to Trevor Ball, a former U.S. Army explosive ordnance disposal technician, who earlier identified the weapon on X. The weapon’s unique bolt pattern and slot where the folding fins are stowed were clearly visible in the debris, Mr. Ball said.”[ii]
The GBU-39B Small Diameter Bomb, or SDB, is an extended range all-weather, day or night 250-pound class, guided munition. The SDB relies on the Global Positioning System to provide navigation to the target. Additionally, its small size allows increased aircraft loadout to achieve multiple kills per sortie. 1 pound (lb) is equal to 0.45359237 kilograms (kg). In other words the bombs Israel uses were not 17 kg but close to 125 Kg.
For the Palestinian to live the Zionist state must die.
For Palestine red and free from the river to the sea!
