Once again Netanyahu’s government is violating the deal between the Zionist monster and the Palestinian resistance. The deal is based on three stages. The first proposal involves a six-week ceasefire and the release of Israelis held hostage in Gaza, in exchange for hundreds of Palestinians detained by Israel. The second one is a permanent ceasefire, Israel’s withdrawal from Gaza, and the third is the reconstruction process lasting from three to five years.
On 1 March, Hamas rejected Israel’s proposal to extend the ceasefire in exchange for more hostages. Hamas said the second phase should proceed as originally planned. Netanyahu’s government announced that Israel endorsed a US plan to extend the Gaza truce for the Ramadan and Passover periods. Under the plan, half of the hostages would be released on the first day of the extended truce, with the rest freed if a permanent truce was reached. Netanyahu stated that Israel could resume military actions after 1 March if negotiations were ineffective. On 2 March, Israel stopped aid entry following Hamas’s refusal of Trump’s ceasefire extension proposal, which Egypt, Qatar, and the UN condemned as violating the ceasefire terms. On 9 March, Israeli Energy Minister Eli Cohen ordered a halt to electricity supply to Gaza. In addition, Israel is shooting on Gaza every day, killing and wounding Gazans.
It is simple to comprehend what is happening. Once the war on Gaza is over Netanyahu will find himself in jail for his corruption. Therefore, he has a vested interest in perpetuating and possibly expanding the conflict in Lebanon and Syria.
Many of the families whose relatives are still held in Gaza understand Netanyahu’s criminal game, but being Zionists they are prisoners of Netanyahu.
Israel out of Gaza, Lebanon, and Syria!
For Palestine, red and free from the river to the sea!
