Why isn’t a new intifada breaking out?

The terror of the settlers, with the help of the Zionist army and while turning a blind eye to the Zionist police, could have led to a new intifada, as the Zionist press repeatedly reports. For example, Ynet in November last year:

“The terror attack Tuesday at the Gush Etzion junction, which ended in the murder of Aharon Cohen from Kiryat Arba and the wounding of three other people, illustrates just how great the risk of escalation in the West Bank continues to hover over all of our heads. The phrase “third intifada” has been written and spoken countless times (including here) since the end of the second intifada, and yet the conditions for the perfect storm are ripening, and the government led by Benjamin Netanyahu is not only ignoring this, but is also promoting the explosion. And of course, it is impossible to ignore Jewish terror in the territories — and any other word would be a slur on what is happening there. Here we are dealing with terror under the auspices of the state, under the auspices of the Israel Police, no less. The Ben-Gvir police, as a policy ignores the phenomenon; Shin Bet alone cannot deal with it, and the army, in a certain sense, has thrown up its hands” [i]

But the current situation does not allow for such an uprising, not only because the Palestinian Authority is cooperating with Israel to suppress freedom fighters, but also because the Zionist army forces are ready to suppress the uprising anywhere in the West Bank, and meanwhile, this army terrorizes the Palestinians in the West Bank.

“Israeli forces have detained dozens of people after storming several areas across the occupied West Bank, including the home of a Palestinian man who was shot and killed by Israeli forces in Bethlehem.

The latest raids early on Thursday came as Israeli settlers stormed Joseph’s Tomb in Nablus, a gravesite believed to be the burial place of Joseph, the father of Jesus, according to Al Jazeera Arabic.

At about dawn, the Israeli army deployed several military vehicles and soldiers as they targeted the towns of Attil and Deir al-Ghusun north of Tulkarem, the Palestinian news agency Wafa reported, quoting residents from the area.

In ad-Dhahiriya village on the outskirts of Hebron on Wednesday, residents buried a Palestinian youth, who was killed the previous night in a raid by the Israeli security forces.”[ii]

Two-thirds of the IDF’s ground force is in the territories. All this is in addition to the Judea and Samaria Border Police companies, regional defense battalions, alert squads, and a police district. The rest, that is, the remnants, are satisfied with the rest of the other Israeli citizens. After October 7, a frank commercial advertisement was published by a construction company that is building in Samaria. Come live with us, the ad says, here (unlike the Gaza envelope and the northern border), there is security.  Spatial defense, alert squads, etc.”[iii]

For Palestine, red and free from the river to the sea!
