In Israel, almost all Jews celebrate the war on Iran, and Netanyahu and Trump are trying to present the attack on Iran as helping the Iranian people. But what is the truth?

“This is a very difficult question. People celebrated and thanked the United States and Israel. Many have pinned their hopes on the American president and your prime minister. In the meantime, their assistance has made the whole of Iran a target for bombings. With every passing moment, the horror of war erodes optimism, but the suffering people still want to hope that these two, Trump and Netanyahu, will burn the roots of the regime in the country. Personally, I don’t believe that they, who did what they did in Gaza, feel sorry for the Iranians. The events of October 7 were horrific, of course, but Netanyahu’s vengeful behavior in Gaza is not on a similar scale. They have despised all international human rights standards.

We have great doubts that Trump and Netanyahu are interested in the happiness and well-being of the Iranians. We are very concerned and worried that they will leave the Iranian people with destruction, and they will claim – we are done.”[i]
