Around 8:30 a.m. Saturday, after a wave of widespread Israeli-American attacks, the Saudi-owned Al-Arabiya network reported, citing sources, that an explosion was also heard in eastern Tehran “near several Revolutionary Guard bases.” It also reported that “explosions were heard near the Iranian intelligence headquarters in Tehran.” One of the attacks in Iran targeted the area of the offices of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. This was reported by the Associated Press, which noted that Iranian state television confirmed an explosion in the area of the offices.
