In Israel, it is clear that the Zionist army continues with the Genocide. However, outside of Israel, many believe that there is a ceasefire in Gaza. This lie is exposed by the Wall Street Journal
According to the Wall Street Journal, Israel supports new militias in Gaza fighting Hamas. According to the report, these militias are joined by dozens of armed men who live east of the Yellow Line, in the part of the territory controlled by Israel, but they also operate beyond it. It was also reported that Israel is providing air support via drones to these militias, and is sharing intelligence with them. [i]
Israel is backing new militias fighting Hamas in the Gaza Strip, the Wall Street Journal reported on Sunday. According to the report, these militias are joined by dozens of armed men who live east of the Yellow Line, in the part of the territory controlled by Israel, but they also operate beyond it. The newspaper quoted Israeli sources, including reservists, as saying that Israel is providing drone support to these militias and is sharing intelligence with them. It was also reported that several members of the militias were evacuated by helicopter to hospitals in Israel after being wounded.
According to the report, the Zionist state’s support for the militias stems from the ceasefire restrictions on the Zionist army, and through cooperation with armed groups, Israel is able to reach areas that are forbidden to the entry of soldiers and are under Hamas control.
An officer in the Gaza Division, who operated in the Gaza Strip until the ceasefire went into effect, told the newspaper: “When they (the militiamen) carry out operations against Hamas, we are there to watch them and some of the time to help. That means helping them with information, and if we see Hamas trying to threaten them or get closer, we’re actively involved.”[ii]
An officer, who also served in the Gaza Strip and recently retired from the army, said: “The interests of a militia are first and foremost for the benefit of the militia, and not for the benefit of anyone else. It may turn against you.”[iii]
According to a source familiar with the details, in recent months, Israel has even used militiamen to capture Hamas fighters who have barricaded themselves in a tunnel in Rafah. As part of this, according to the source, Israel also poured explosives into the tunnel.
As long as the Zionist Hydra exists, it will kill not only freedom fighters but women, old men and children. For the Palestinians to live, Israel must be destroyed, and replaced by Palestine, red and free from the river to the sea!
