Netanyahu nominated Aharon Barak to defend Israel in the ICJ in Hague that will begin on January 11 2024. At the beginning Alan Dershowitz was selected but Barak replaced him because of the Epstein case.

Before he became the President of the Zionist Supreme Court, he was the legal adviser of PM Begin. Throughout his 11-year tenure as president, Barak upheld the methods used to get confessions from freedom fighters that are called in Israel terrorists, and had been regarded as “Israel’s public defender abroad”, defending the Israeli Supreme Court’s decision on the illegal wall of segregation in 2004.

On the role of Barak in the Zionist Supreme Court wrote Dr. Amir Fuchs who holds a doctorate from the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is a lecturer in the Politics and Communication Department at the School of Government and Social Sciences at Hadassah Academic College. He wrote: “On claims that the High Court ties the security establishment’s hands:

“The truth is that when authoritative figures from the defense establishment appear before the court to support some important security requirement, the court almost always adopts their argument” [1]

In connection with the question of the fight against terrorism in Gaza, it has again emerged that 400 Hamas deportees deported to Lebanon in the early 1990s were “returned to Israel by the High Court of Justice” – and later become terrorist leaders. First, the truth: When the deportees were still in Israel, waiting on buses, the Supreme Court approved their deportation unanimously, in a decision joined by its then-president Meir Shamgar and its future president Aharon Barak. The High Court did not return them to Israel. On the contrary, they were deported and remained in Lebanon. Some of them returned to areas controlled by the Palestinian Authority, with Israel’s consent, and others became leaders in the Palestinian diaspora” [2]

“Barak showed support for Israel’s war on Gaza and claimed the military offensive was not in violation of humanitarian law. He argued that the rules of collateral damage permit the killing of Palestinian fighters even if it led to the deaths of children. This was approved by Barak himself in a 2006 Supreme Court ruling, as cited in a report by Canadian news outlet The Globe and Mail. “It may be proportional to kill five innocent kids in order to target their leader,” Barak was quoted in an interview by the publication” [3]

This is in line with his role in the SC of Israel. He himself should be put to trial.

American lawyer Alan Dershowitz was considered for representing Israel at the hearing but has since been embroiled in controversy after his name was mentioned in Epstein documents as one who had sex with young girls. Dershowitz of course has denied his involvement in his former client’s sex trafficking ring. However, you have to believe the Cinderella story to believe Dershowitz. Dershowitz client and associate Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide in a Manhattan jail. Epstein faced sex trafficking charges for allegedly abusing dozens of minor girls.

“As the Epstein controversy swirls, Alan Dershowitz was to appear as the defense lawyer in a mock trial for child trafficking based on the story of Joseph from Genesis Dershowitz himself has been accused of having sex with two of Epstein’s accusers, including Virginia Giuffre, who alleged in court documents that she was forced to have sex with the Harvard Law School professor on multiple occasions while she underage. Sarah Ransome, another woman, has said Epstein directed her to have sex with Dershowitz” [4]

South Africa, which accuses Israel of genocide in the Gaza war, has also appointed an ad hoc judge, former deputy chief justice Dikgang Moseneke, South African media said.

Israeli state TV channel KAN reported that the country is concerned that the upcoming ICJ case may disrupt military operations in Gaza, amid its months-long brutal war on the Palestinian enclave. Countries such as Bolivia, Malaysia and Turkey have supported South Africa’s application to the ICJ. So is Offer Casif MK from Hadash.

Bolivia, together with South Africa, Bangladesh, Comoros, and Djibouti, have in addition presented a request to the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) – a separate international court that prosecutes individuals – to investigate the situation in Palestine on 17 November.

More than 22,800 Palestinians have been killed and more than 58,000 wounded since the war began. Thus, Barak who himself is a war criminal whose job is to defend the war crimes of the Zionist apartheid state. Now we have to see whether the ICJ and the ICC will give in to the western imperialist pressures or find the war criminal guilty.

The Zionist war criminals are guilty!
