The pogroms that are praised

Every fascism includes Bonapartism, but not all Bonapartism is Fascism. At the same time, there is a great similarity in ideology and the acts of oppression. In Israel, the regime of the settler colonialists is Bonapartism, which takes pride in its acts of oppression but at the same time the government is denying that there are pogroms against the Palestinians in the West-Bank or genocide in Gaza.

The newspaper Makor Rishon glorifies settler violence in an interview published over the weekend. This is not just another article in which religious Zionism rolls its eyes to the sky and denies the existence of Jewish terrorism. No, this is a text in which the terror is celebrated as a heroic and admirable act. A romantic description of pogroms.

The article interviews Avital Balsam, Rachel Sela and Yael Gozlan – active in the “Mothers Forum for Hilltop and Farm Boys”, which was established about a year ago to support and glorify their children who commit pogroms. There are mothers around the world who would be shocked to discover that their children beat the elderly and gouged out their eyes to lambs, but they are proud of it and the Israeli public does not condemn it.

“They do it to protect our people, and some anti-Semitics despise them for it instead of honoring and praising them,” Belzem explains. ” When the hilltop boys enter the village, everyone hides in their houses, because they have Jewish pride.”

These are armed thugs who operate under the auspices of the military and the law.

The entire interview is a poetic and embracing text, extolling Jewish terror as a means of ethnic cleansing. “Until recently, the back of the mountain was flooded with Bedouins, and our children finally made them fold and return to the villages,” Sela marvels “As for the price tag, it doesn’t shock me to see such things,” notes Gozlan. In the very same newspaper, Kalman Libeskind writes columns that there is no settler violence, but these mothers reveal and boast and say: “Of course there is, and what fun there is.”

According to UN figures, in 2025, more than 1,770 attacks by settlers were recorded, resulting in bodily or property injuries – an average of five per day. More than 1,000 Palestinians were injured, and thousands were forced to flee their homes. In an interview with Fox News last week, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu tried to downplay the situation, claiming that those responsible are “about 70 children, not from the West Bank, but teenagers who come from destroyed homes.” The article in Makor Rishon proves that this is nonsense. A lie that is so typical of the criminal who serves as prime minister of the Zionist monster.

Evidence that the young pogromists grew up and were educated in the settlements, and that their activities are part of an orderly and systematic mechanism of abuse of Palestinians in order to take over their land and push them out of Palestine. The army helps, the police ignore it, and the state encourages and funds them.

These are the two faces of Israel: one continues to deny Jewish terrorism, and the other celebrates it openly and with pride. The lies scattered from above create a space for action, and the sadistic joy that grows from below provides fuel for the pogromists. The Israelis know about it but don’t care. Those who are shocked by it and denounce it are called Anti-Semitic.

“And cursed be the man who says Avenge! No such revenge – revenge for

the blood of a little child – has yet been devised by Satan. Let the blood pierce through the abyss! Let the blood seep down into the depths of darkness, and eat away there, in the dark, and breach

all the rotting foundations of the earth”.

For Palestine red and free from the river to the sea!
