In Israel, there is a widespread belief that they are the victims of the modern Nazis, in a world where anti-Semitism, which condemns Israel for genocide, is spreading like a plague in their view. A significant number of Israelis close their eyes and do not want to know what Israel is doing, while a minority participates in pogroms against the Palestinians with the help of the Zionist monster’s army. The prevailing position among Israelis is that they are the victims.
Haaretz journalist Jacky Khoury writes on Saturday, June 5:
A seven-month-old baby was shot dead by the IDF yesterday (Friday) in the Tel Rumeida neighborhood of Hebron. The Palestinian Ministry of Health said that the baby, Sam Fahd Abu Heikal, was initially critically injured and later pronounced dead. The ministry’s statement also stated that the baby’s mother and father were moderately injured. A spokesman for the Zionist Army of the War Criminals said that a soldier fired at the car in which they were traveling because he felt threatened, but that they were not involved. According to the military, the incident is being investigated.
In light of the history of investigating murderers, whether they are uniformed or armed settlers, nothing will happen to a cold-blooded murderer.
Palestinian witnesses and sources told Palestinian media that soldiers stationed in the area opened fire at the vehicle as it drove through the neighborhood. According to reports, the family members were injured after bullets penetrated the car.
Earlier in the day, the Red Crescent announced that three Palestinians had been wounded, two of them by gunfire, in an attack by settlers near the town of Idna, west of Hebron. According to the Red Crescent, one of those wounded by gunfire is described as in serious condition. Palestinian media reported that settlers had invaded private farmland in the town. According to reports, the settlers blocked Idna residents’ access to their land with dirt and garbage mounds, and when Palestinians tried to cross, they were shot.
Last March, a father, a mother and two of their children were shot dead in their car by undercover gunfire operating with Zionist army forces in the town of Tammun in the Jordan Valley. The four family members killed at the time were Ali Khaled Sayel Bnei Odeh, 37; Waad Othman Aqel bn Odeh, 35; Othman Ali Khaled bn Odeh, seven; and Muhammad Ali Khaled Bnei Odeh, five. Two other children – Mustafa (8) and Khaled, 11 – were lightly wounded. Khaled, the eldest child who survived said that the six were sitting in the car when they were shot, and that after the shooting, a soldier took him out of the car. “He said, ‘We killed dogs,’ got me out of the car and hit me.”
What is happening in the West Bank and Gaza is a continuation of the Nakba of 1948 and 1967. The murder of Palestinians, their expulsion and the looting of their property is the true face of Israel. A state that must be destroyed and replace with a Palestinian state from the sea to Jordan river. A state that will be open to the Palestinian refugees and the Israeli Jews will have social, religious, and cultural rights.
